Services Agreement

This agreement governs access to and use of Weekly CEO, including the website, weekly meeting workflow, CEO Briefs, commitments, reports, Advisor, and related services.

Using Weekly CEO

The service provides AI-assisted thinking and decision support. You remain responsible for reviewing AI output, deciding whether it is suitable, and making your own business, legal, financial, and operational decisions.

Plans and usage allowances

The Free Trial lasts four weeks and includes up to four weekly reports, ten successful Advisor questions, one Intelligence Brief per eligible week, and up to four weeks of AI context. The Paid Plan includes 50 successful Advisor questions per month, one report and one Intelligence Brief per eligible weekly cycle, and full retained eligible history. Annual subscriptions receive monthly Advisor allowance periods anchored to the Stripe subscription start date.

Allowances are enforced at organization level using idempotent usage reservations. Failed eligible executions release their reservation; completed reports remain readable and cannot be regenerated.

Intelligence Briefs

Eligible plans include one AI-generated Intelligence Brief per eligible weekly cycle. Weekly CEO may use the organization description, eligible reports and Advisor interactions, the weekly period, and configured research sources to tailor and email the brief. It must be independently reviewed like other AI output.
