Weekly CEO takes privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data, when we act for your organization, and the rights and choices available to you.

Information and processing

Weekly CEO processes founder profile, organization, weekly meeting, authentication, service, and limited technical information to provide and secure the service. Current questionnaire answers and relevant prior report context may be processed through Microsoft Azure AI Foundry to produce AI-assisted output.

To apply Trial and Paid allowances, Weekly CEO also processes organization-level usage reservation records, including operation, allowance period, idempotency reference, status, and timestamps. Stripe subscription period dates are used to establish Paid allowance periods. Usage records do not contain full Advisor prompts or responses.

To generate and email an eligible weekly Intelligence Brief, Weekly CEO may process the organization description, eligible completed reports and Advisor interactions, weekly period, research-source information, email address, and generation and delivery metadata. The canonical AI-generated brief is stored in Azure Blob Storage.
